If your shipment has arrived damaged or is lost, please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible to facilitate the best resolution. If photos are missing from any section, it reduces the likelihood of the claim being approved.

*Please be aware that claims processing can take up to 120 days.

**All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the customer receiving the shipment.

***If a claim has been successfully approved by the carrier, a credit will be issued on your next invoice.
